研究兴趣和研究方向:
近年我们主要从事球差扫描透射电镜技术和低维材料生长,在低维量子材料亚原子尺度的结构解析、人工构筑与物性调控方向开展了系统研究,包括:1)开发了在低维量子材料层间构筑有序金属原子层的新技术,实现了晶圆级低维铁磁薄膜的合成;2)利用原位球差电镜技术,通过对原子尺度拓扑结构的实时观测,确认了系列低维量子材料形成与演变机制,揭示了拓扑属性对物性的影响规律及构效关系,为实现特定材料拓扑结构的可控生长奠定了实验基础。迄今在Nature, Nat. Nanotechnol., Nat. Synth.,等高水平期刊发表SCI论文160余篇。论文被引超过15,000余次,h指数68。担任InfoMat, Materials Today Electronics等期刊青年编委。
