科研兴趣和研究方向:

1)晶圆级二维半导体材料及其异质结构的可控制备及其在电子、光电子器件等领域的应用;

2)二维材料粉体的批量制备及其在能源和环境领域的应用

3)分子束外延-扫描隧道显微学:低维材料的制备,原子尺度形貌和电子结构及其新颖物性研究

主要科研成就:

主要从事二维层状材料(石墨烯、氮化硼、单原子层硫属化合物及其异质结构等)的可控制备、精密表征、量子效应以及其诱导的新奇物理化学特性的研究。主要面向世界科技前沿和国家重大需求, 聚焦半导体工业中延续摩尔定律的重要候选材料的可控制备和新奇物理化学特性和应用展开:1)实现了截止目前最大尺寸单层半导体性MoS2的6英寸晶圆级制备;2)揭示了二维金属性硫化物 (TaX2,VX2,NiX2等) 的电荷密度波相变、磁性、电催化特性等新物性;3)推动了石墨烯玻璃复合材料、石墨烯粉体材料、二维半导体性硫化物粉体材料的可控制备及其应用。在Science, Nano Lett., Chem. Soc. Rev.等杂志共发表学术论文220余篇,引用12000余次。相关文章被发表在Nature, Science, Nature Mater.等刊物文章重点引用。研究成果受到了国际同行和企业界的广泛关注。目前承担的科研项目主要包括:国家重大研发计划子课题,国家自然科学基金委重大项目子课题,国家杰出青年科学基金,基金委创新群体等。所培养的博士生多人次获得北京大学优秀博士学位论文,中国材料研究学会优秀博士论文奖等奖励。
